Arborist and Grove Park Tree Care founder, Joshua Otstott, has been climbing and rigging since 2001, and began his tree care specialist training in 2013. Joshua utilizes traditional and modern techniques to safely and efficiently perform specialized tree care services. Joshua is an International  Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist (# SO-7501A).
