Joshua Otstott, Arborist
Arborist and Grove Park Tree Care founder, Joshua Otstott, has been climbing and rigging since 2001. Joshua began his tree care specialist training in 2013, and earned his International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Arborist certification in 2017 (# SO-7501A).
